Umbral was founded in 2014 with a simple idea: a house is not a product, it's the place where someone's life will happen. Since then we have delivered six developments in Nuevo León without repeating a floor plan.
We work with local architecture studios, build with our own crew and stay with each family well after handover.
Design is deciding what stays out.

Process
From the visit to the keys.
01Visit
You walk the land or the model home with someone from the design team, not a salesperson. No rush and no quote in hand.
02Reservation
You choose a lot or unit and reserve it with 5%. You have thirty days to confirm with no penalty.
03Financing
Mortgage, 24-month direct plan or a combination. We work with the bank alongside you until signing.
04Handover
Final walkthrough with you, a home manual and a one-year warranty on installations. After that, we're a message away.
